The final product is only as good as its pattern! Our master pattern maker will make a precise pattern for your product to avoid any quality control issued later on in the process.

We will take you step by step through the pre production process where we will source the perfect materials for your product, create a Bill of Materials, and determine the amount of fabric that will be used per unit.

Once the pattern is made and the materials have been sourced we will create the first sample of your product, which we can modify until it is perfect before moving on to production

Our hydraulic Die cutting press is equipped with a  40"x30" cutting board ensuring that we can comfortably and efficiently cut very large dies that may be needed for your products.

Even when using waterproof fabrics, water can still get in through any seams of the product, Our Seamwelder eliminates any openings for water to pass through, making your product more waterproof!
